What should I do if I face connectivity issues?

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  • If you are using a physical SIM in a dual-SIM device, confirm that the correct physical SIM is selected and activated. For some Android devices, the 2nd physical SIM slot may not support mobile data services. In this case, make sure to insert the SIM into the 1st physical SIM slot.
  • If you are using an eSIM, ensure the correct eSIM profile is downloaded, installed, selected, and activated with the appropriate settings.
  • After confirming these settings, restart your handset or toggle the airplane mode ON and OFF to resume service.
